Caviar Tourbillon is a showcase of the high jewelry expertise of Jacob & Co., applied to a high watchmaking timepiece. Caviar Tourbillon is entirely covered in gems. They’re not round, as brilliant-cut gems can’t entirely fill any space. Jacob & Co. exclusively selected the baguette cut. In order to recreate the smooth surface of caviar, Jacob & Co. only works with the invisible setting technique. No prongs, no metal appears that would break the continuous array of gems.
